2013 Request for Proposals
This document contains a full, detailed, description of the Cities of Service Impact Volunteering Fund along with our goals and expectations for the program and prospective grant recipients. Applicants were asked to review this document in its entirety before beginning the application process.
2013 Initiative Template
This document is the core part of the full application. Cities submitting an application for multiple initiatives had to complete this template online for each of their initiatives. The online form was only made available to eligible cities that had been confirmed to apply after submitting their online Verification of Eligibility. A member of the applying city’s mayor’s office had to submit all online Initiative Templates.
2013 Sample Completed Initiative Templates
These documents provided sample answers for two Initiative Templates. While the templates could be completed in various ways depending on the type of initiative, these gave applicants a feel for the level of detail and information that Cities of Service was looking for. Applicants were asked to treat these only as examples.
